Becky Richendollar

Becky is a Lehigh Valley native who currently lives in Coopersburg with her husband and three daughters. In addition to her participation on the PHA Board, she also serves as the President of PHA's Parents of Providence (POP) Team (formerly the PTO.)

Becky has always harbored a strong passion for service. Growing up in Bethlehem, she greatly enjoyed volunteering both locally and on mission trips. After high school, Becky continued her education at Boston University (Wheelock College) where she earned a Master's degree in Social Work and undergraduate degrees in both social work and child development. Becky began her career in Boston working first in Child Protective Services and then in Early Intervention.

Upon returning to the Lehigh Valley, Becky worked as an intensive in-home, family-based therapist for several years before launching her own outpatient practice, Olivewood Counseling. Her dedication to service to the community has garnered her the Top Social Worker Bethlehem award (2014) and Olivewood the Best in Bethlehem Award (2021 and 2022.)

Becky also volunteers in her church's Children's Ministry and supports her daughters' many activities. She loves spending time with her family and friends, coffee, anything remotely Christmas related, Mexican food, taking pictures, and saying Yes! whenever possible. Most of all, Becky strives to fulfill Jesus' directive in John 21:17, "Feed my sheep."

Joe Yannuzzi

Joe has been a disciple of Jesus Christ for the past 48 years.   He has since served in multiple pastoral roles, most notably a 20-year tenure at Calvary Chapel of Phila, where he taught children’s ministry, led youth and was used by the Lord to establish the first Junior High ministry. Later he served as the lead pastor in Quakertown, at Dayspring Christian Fellowship. Described by colleagues as gregarious, outspoken in encouragement, unflappable, and joyfully worshipful – Joe brings a warm, passionate presence to the team. He works well in diverse groups, values differing perspectives, and deliberately nurtures trust.

As a former youth pastor and children’s ministry leader, Joe deeply values investing in students – not as future church members but as today’s church.  He found PHA’s spiritual atmosphere compelling and was personally encouraged by the strong witness of both staff and students. The unity and camaraderie of the PHA community impressed him deeply.

Joe recognizes PHA’s strengths in cohesion, trust, mutual support, and dependence on the Lord.  He resonated with its vision of faithful, sustainable growth and is committed to preserving the school’s mission-driven focus.  He brings strategic insight – particularly around facility use and future growth considerations – and a spiritual grounding that aligns with PHA’s values.
