Becky Richendollar

Becky is a Lehigh Valley native who currently lives in Coopersburg with her husband and three daughters. In addition to her participation on the PHA Board, she also serves as the President of PHA's Parents of Providence (POP) Team (formerly the PTO.)

Becky has always harbored a strong passion for service. Growing up in Bethlehem, she greatly enjoyed volunteering both locally and on mission trips. After high school, Becky continued her education at Boston University (Wheelock College) where she earned a Master's degree in Social Work and undergraduate degrees in both social work and child development. Becky began her career in Boston working first in Child Protective Services and then in Early Intervention.

Upon returning to the Lehigh Valley, Becky worked as an intensive in-home, family-based therapist for several years before launching her own outpatient practice, Olivewood Counseling. Her dedication to service to the community has garnered her the Top Social Worker Bethlehem award (2014) and Olivewood the Best in Bethlehem Award (2021 and 2022.)

Becky also volunteers in her church's Children's Ministry and supports her daughters' many activities. She loves spending time with her family and friends, coffee, anything remotely Christmas related, Mexican food, taking pictures, and saying Yes! whenever possible. Most of all, Becky strives to fulfill Jesus' directive in John 21:17, "Feed my sheep."

Courtney Doncevic: President

Courtney is a Bucks County native, graduating from Palisades High School.  After high school, Courtney went to college in Virginia and graduated from Liberty University studying Family and Consumer Sciences with an Interior Design concentration.  After having the opportunity to work for many different types of businesses in the design field (as well as banking, randomly), Courtney was blessed by her friends with a part-time job at their small business, which would ultimately give her the freedom and flexibility to be able to home school when the time came.

After college, Courtney married her high school sweetheart, Steve and they have 3 boys…2 of which are currently at PHA!  Courtney and her husband never considered home-schooling as an educational option until a friend encouraged them to look into it when their oldest son, Stephen, was still a baby.  Once she started doing the research, it didn't take long for them to decide home-schooling was the way to go.  She was eventually introduced to PHA and then Charlotte Mason's philosophy of education and the rest is history!!  She started home-schooling with PHA when Stephen was in K and pray that they will be able to continue faithfully attending for many more years.

Courtney’s favorite color is purple (which you’ll most likely always find something purple on her), and she loves listening to podcasts, being out of doors, reading, gardening, drinking too much coffee, working on some house project and spending time with her family.  Courtney is thankful for the opportunity to be a board member for PHA and looks forward to seeing how God continues to bless the school and watch it grow.

Erv Veno

Erv has built his life foundation upon serving the Lord. His wife Laura is the greatest blessing he could have  ever received second only to salvation. Laura and Erv have been married for nearly 13 years. They have three children, a daughter and boy and girl twins.  Erv attended a Christian school until 8th grade and appreciated being part of an association of believers. Erv and Laura decided to homeschool their children before even starting their family.  They realized it is their responsibility to provide the right environment for their children and school is a massive part of a child’s life.

Professionally, Erv has worked for 20 years as a CEO, COO, Director of Sales and Operations as well as a VP of Procurement and NE Regional Sales and Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in both the private and public space. He has developed, trained and performed capital sales teams in the medical device field, industrial field and federal government space. He has also been very involved in fundraising and capital investment strategy development and implementation.

Erv looks forward to the opportunity to assist where needed on the board of PHA. It is a cause and the purpose that is very near to his heart. Providing the proper educational environment for our children as  well as growing the opportunity for other families to flourish in the community is a responsibility he takes  personally. He is excited to work collaboratively to make PHA the best it can be.
